Our approach

Physical design and vendor integrity

Network resilience depends on two things: how the cabling, racks, and pathways are laid out, and how the hardware and services behind them are procured. We review both together.

A cabling plan that ignores the building, the equipment, and the suppliers behind it can leave gaps that surface later as congestion or downtime.

We look at how infrastructure must perform today and what it will need to support as the organisation grows. Independent of any single vendor, our role is to keep design choices under the client's control.

Vendors and hardware

Equipment chosen without a documented assessment can carry unverified configurations and weak lifecycle support into the core network.

Firmware and subcontractors

Third-party firmware updates and subcontracted installation work can introduce access paths that were never part of the original design review.
